Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Voicel mobile application ("the App") operated by Voicel ("we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the App.

1. Account Registration

To use certain features of the App, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

2. Subscription and Billing

Voicel offers the following subscription options:

• Monthly Subscription: $5.99 per month with a 7-day free trial
• Annual Subscription: $49.99 per year with a 7-day free trial
• Lifetime Access: One-time payment of $89.99

When you sign up for a subscription with a free trial, you will not be charged until the free trial period ends. You can cancel your subscription at any time before the free trial ends to avoid being charged.

All subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

3. Refund Policy

We offer refunds within 14 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with the App. To request a refund, please contact our support team at [email protected].

No refunds will be provided for the following:

• After the 14-day refund period has elapsed
• If the refund request is due to accidental purchases (please contact us immediately for these cases)
• For subscription periods that have already been partially used

4. User Content

The App may allow you to create, upload, or share content, including voice recordings. You retain all rights to your content, but you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and distribute such content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the App.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to the content you submit through the App
• The content does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyright, or other intellectual property or legal rights of any person or entity

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law
• Attempt to access or use another user's account without authorization
• Attempt to bypass any measures of the App designed to prevent or restrict access
• Introduce any viruses, trojan horses, worms, or other malicious code
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers or networks connected to the App

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content (excluding user-provided content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Voicel and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Voicel, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the App
• Any content obtained from the App
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date at the top.

Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
